How to measure your hand
- Place your hand flat with your fingers straight and relaxed.
- Using a ruler or tape measure, measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger.
- Record the measurement in centimetres and compare it with the table below.

Choosing your fit
These hand-length measurements come from the El Gatto sizing chart. Glove cut also affects the feel: negative cut gloves offer a close, second-skin fit, while roll finger gloves wrap latex around the fingers. Your gloves should feel secure while allowing natural finger movement.
